You should start one now iv you already got a Gmail email account with Google you may open the blogger blog wizard from the Google top right corner assortment of free functionsz online productsz servicesz that are all free I think

Go www.gmail.com & login then go to top right corner menu of stuff and find the blogger blogspot tile to get into it

It's fairly easy to navigate (blogger:blogspot) it's got a simple post wizard that worksz on your phone also you don't have to be on a computer or laptop!
